Library Activities 2022

1. 1. Gargi Library started “TOKO” for students and teachers during the year 2022.
2. 2. Library had organized motivation and awareness session for students to use mobile to access academic e-resources on 10th May 2022.
3. 3. Librarian had delivered two lectures under “Vidya-Vistar” Scheme for Gargi College and Zanskar College, Ladhakh University on Reading Habits and INFLIBNET (7th July, 2022)
4. 4. Library started online Feedback, User awareness program and website upgradation in 2022.
5. 5. Every Book has a story to tell…Library Organized5 days Book Exhibition on Freedom Fighters (12th-16th Aug. 2022) under the aegis of “Ajadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”.
6. 6. Delivered an invited hands on training program as Resource person for Commerce association on the topic“Research Visibility for Academic Success” on 28th Sep., 2022.
7. 7. In collaboration with IQAC, organized 5 days Book Exhibition under the aegis of “Ajadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” (3rd-7th Oct, 2022)
8. 8. Librarian delivered a lecture as a Resource person during workshop cum hands-on-training for the department of commerce, Gargi College, on “Research Visibility for Academic Success” (28th Sep., 2022)
9. 9. Librarian delivered an online talk during Orientation Lecture for inter –college add-on-course 2022-23 (Advances in Plant Sciences, Gargi College Botany), on “Plagiarism in academic writing and how to avoid it” (15th Oct.., 2022)
10. 10. Librarian delivered a lecture for Department of History, Gargi College on “Online Searching Tools and Techniques for Academic Writing” (28th Oct., 2022).
